The Washington Redskins have announced the signing of HB's Keiland Williams and Javarris James to the Practice Squad.
Keiland Williams was cut only 2 days ago.
Williams has 6 receptions for 29 yards during Weeks 1 & 2.
James, an undrafted-rookie of the Miami, played for the Indianapolis Colts during the preseason and was on the New England Patriots' Practice Squad.
James is the cousin of HB Edgerrin James.
The Redskins have released LB Mike Balogun from the practice squad.
