Changing of the Guard

Seeing as the Magic have been fairly successful in recent years you might think that no major changes need to be made. That's not how I see it though. We need to make some major changes to get back the NBA Finals. Here are some key points I would like to address within the next year or two:

A stretch four, preferably someone with elite athleticism
A wing player that can create their own shot
Reasonable contracts across the board

Gilbert Arenas will be shopped but there is no guarantee he will be moved. Who on earth would want to take his massive contract?

Hedo Turkoglu is on the hot seat. We need production from him, especially with the size of his contract. If he doesn't put up, he could be moved.

Brandon Bass has shown flashes of being a good role player, but seeing as we are looking for a new starting power forward, he may or may not have one foot out the door.

However this plays out, look for changes to be made before the season starts and depending on how it goes, there could be trade deadline deals in the future
