I'm working from 4-8 pm tomorrow...I can do any time before or after that, and I'm free all day Friday.

Sun kicked my ass thoroughly...it was 41-14 when I lost connection, and right now Sun is finishing up against the CPU.

Sometimes, you just don't have it.

Oh, forgot to mention, GG Sun.

Oh, forgot to mention, GG Sun.

Karl actually started out very strong, stopping my Offense cold in the first quarter and scoring almost at will on his first two drives. Then he had a couple bad bounces. I scored on a quick TD, and then on the ensuing kickoff his returnman fumbled and I recovered (which actually only led to a field goal). Then a few minutes after I returned a Punt 90+ yards without being touched (sometimes blocking just...works). From there it was pretty lopsided, but without those breaks and if the game weren't in Hapy Valley, I highly doubt it would have been 41-14 when the game dropped.

I gave Karl the option of either re-starting, or having me finish up vs. the CPU since there was still almost 4 minutes left in the 3rd quarter, but Karl insisted that I finish up vs the CPU. Afterwards I read his post about dropping and I guess I could understand why. This game can be *very* frustrating, especially if you don't catch many breaks.

gg Karl, I hope you reconsider. If you decide to call it quits for sure, then hopefully I'll see you in the coach-only league next year.

USC had a very good 1st week recruiting as we got 3 instant signings:

#1 player, #1 G Carlos Arnold. He looks like he should be a mauler.

#1 Athlete, #9 overall Eric Thornton. He looks like he could be a very good wide receiver or corner.

#8 Athlete, #88 overall Michael Jack could be a very good corner for us.

I'd never announce something like that. Let others waste their minutes them for a week.

It was bad enough when I realized I was playing Florida, USC and Texas the first three games of the season. It's more depressing when you look at the schedule and see the No. 1, No. 2 and No. 3 rankings in front of them.

I'm boned.

Just think how easy the rest of your schedule will seem!

Kodos, did you know we had a game against Purdue in week 1? I played it (and won).

Yeah, I knew that but forgot. But I checked to see everyone was ready before I advanced.
