IU nabs the #1 receiver/#1 player in the recruiting class, but loses out on the scrambling QB to Notre Dame. Oh well. We like our current QB a lot anyhow. Also nabbed a 4 star CB and LB to bolster our crappy defense.

Clemson takes down Duke 51-17. I could have played better. I definitely have some kinks to still work out before I play the rest of my schedule, which should be an adventure. Next week I'm @FSU, then after that I'm @TCU, then I have two human games. I want to go 4-0, obviously, but 3-1 wouldn't be terrible. I'm looking forward to seeing how I respond.

Yes. I already set him to autopilot, so you're good to go.

Glad to see we got the QB from Canada. A very fast runner with a passing game to go with it.

Was the receiver Galloway?

No. He hasn't committed anywhere yet. The receiver was Razzano.

Should be fine...I'll double check with the boss and see what she says.

*sound of whip cracking*

*edit*

Oh no wait...I'm hosting poker tomorrow night. Uh...no I don't think that's going to work regardless of how we work it. Saturday morning is probably going to be best.

Let me know.

Hmmm. Saturday is my son's birthday party. And mornings pretty much never work for me. How about tonight at midnight?

Well...Kodos and I had a GREAT first quarter . Just like past seasons, the name of this game was team speed. Longshore and Allen were definitely forces to be reckoned with, but without a proper supporting staff (especially on the defensive side of the ball) there wasn't a whole lot that Kodos could do. Scatback Brad Riggs produced nearly 300 all purpose yards and a couple TD's (including the games openning kickoff), and Zach Wright hauled in a little over a half dozen passes for 140 yards and a pair of TD's. Kodos dominated in TOP with 17+ minutes to my 10 minutes, but again in the end it just came down to team speed.

With some more burners on Defense you'll be set Kodos. Allen and Longshore are BEASTS. gg again, and best of luck the rest of the way.

Final Score
Penn State - 45
Indiana - 14

Thanks, Sun. Once again I proved that I just can't hang with the dual threat of a superior roster run by a superior player. I tried to shorten the game by running, and was successful in eating the entire first quarter and then tying it up at 7-7 to begin the second after Sun's initial TD on the opening kickoff. From there, things went south. Sun, like DeTox before him, is very good with user catches and picks. Sampson threw three picks, and that pretty much killed what little chance we had.

My advice to anyone who wants to beat Penn State: Run, run, run. They are mere mortals against the run. Against the pass, you are playing with fire. Good luck the rest of the way.

We knock off #20 Virginia 24-23 to go 8-1. We should crack the Top 25 next week as we head into a much deserved bye week.

Yeah...Week 12 it is.

Should be a good game. Two 9-0 teams squaring off to take the Big 10 Title and a potential place in the National Championship Game.

I posted this in the NOFL too but I will need to request a bit of an extension. This is my busiest work of the year with the show and 18 hour days and have had zero time to get my game in. I'll be home sometime after midnight but will be so wiped I might not get to the game until I get some sleep. I appreciate any slack I can get and apologize for the delay.
