We beat Northwestern 62-17. Finally found ourselves an RB it seems. No new injuries. All in all it was as much as I can ask for with the showdown with PSU next week.

FSU week. This is gonna be a tough one, but I'm excited to see what we can do against the best of the best.

FSU beats Clemson 28-18 in Tallahassee to mark our first season with multiple losses. We had the lead 18-14 in the 4th quarter, and then just fell apart with 2 INT's, and a long bomb from FSU.
Now we have to travel to TCU to face a tough Horned Frog team.

Indiana travels to Illinois and faces adversity early on. We were playing sloppy throughout most of the first half, and found ourselves down 21-7. Zach Longshore willed us back into things and then into the lead, as he scored five times (3 TD runs, 1 receiving TD, and a kickoff return for a TD). Illinois returned our late attempt at rubber points for a TD that made the final score 49-42. Still, nice to beat our hated Illwhini rivals. Bruce Weber was seen in tears after the game.

Hey guys. Radii just let me know that he's dropping out. He's been having trouble getting connections for his human games, and has had enough of NCAA '09 because of it.
I think I'm going to just not fill his slot and go with 11 owners. |

I wonder what Bill Abner thinks of Radii dropping out.

I'm sure Mizzou B-ball Fan got a personal email from Bill with an opinion. Let's get MBBF in here.

Dola
Penn State slapped Iowa around for about an hour yesterday. It was a typical PSU home game. Castillo threw for 500 yards and 7 TD's, Wright caught 10 passes for 300 yards and broke two 5 yard passes for 60+ yard TD's, and we racked up 200+ yards on the ground via running back by committee. The final score was 62-20. Next up is the big one.

I had planned to play my game tonight, but I forgot about a prior commitment I had. I may not even have time to do any recruiting (although I'll try), but I am 90% sure I won't have my game played before the deadline. I would be able to complete the game by 2am, but I don't want to delay things or keep Kodos awake just for me. So can we just advance at midnight if I'm not playing my game? Sorry, I had forgotten about this until this morning.

I got caught up in stat whoring today...
It started off with me feeding the ball to my WR as we jumped to a 21-0 lead very fast including 2 long passes to Ronald Johnson that were each 70 plus yard TD's. Then, I decided to run the ball, run the ball, and run some more. I got to the 4th quarter up 70-10 and I realized McKnight was only 45 yards away from the NCAA Record for rushing yardage in a single game. As a result, I kept my starters in.. He broke that record with a total of 429 yards. He also shattered the USC single season and career records for TD's in a game and career respectively. He also broke the USC record for longest rushing TD twice in this game (well only the 1st time set the record) with a 89 yard and 79 yard TD. It didn't hurt that our defense kept getting us the ball quickly as they mostly forced 3 and outs and managed 6 INT's (only 1 was a rare user pick for me.) We beat Stanford 83-10. |

Hey Pumpy. I'm gonna be blastin' zombies for a while, so you still have a chance to get your game in if you're around.

Yeah, sorry. I wasn't around until 12:45, and I didn't really feel up to playing. I'm so tired that I almost passed out twice tonight.
