What better way to welcome someone to the league than to strike a deal on their first day on-board!?
In all seriousness, I am very reluctant, yet pleased to announce that we have found a new home for Manuel Cedeño. We had some tough decisions to make this off-season with Gibbs and Sakamoto's contracts expiring. Sadly, we could not afford to keep all three starting pitchers and Cedeno has been moved as a result. To Cumberland P Manuel Cedeño P Mike Ready To Chicago P Raúl Gómez This trade should free up about 4 million in cash while, hopefully, not hurting my rotation too much. Good luck with the new team, JT. Cedeno was one of my favorites, I just liked Gibbs and Sakamoto more!
