Pac-12's glasses ref retired, other terrible Pac-12 refs got promoted to the NFL.

Things are going to be weird. And by weird, I mean they might be better.

Damn, I'll miss Shaun Hochuli's 30-second long explanations of why something is a 5-yard penalty for an illegal substitution instead of a 5-yard penalty for too many men on the field.

Blind player makes Tulane's football team.

The incoming freshman, who was a two-year starter at Newtown South High School in Boston, has no vision in his right eye and only limited sight out of his left. Naturally, it begs the question: How will Golub be able to play college football?

Yep..that's why they did it.

It's been a long time coming, actually and Auburn fans haven't been looking forward to it because it's too much fun making light of some of Alabama's championships that the school claims.

The only thing that doesn't make sense to me is if you're going to claim for retroactive years, why not claim the year where we were actually snubbed by no fault of our own (2004).

I don't think it's as big of a deal as some interwebz folks would make it out to be, though. I may be 7500 miles away from home, but no one I know has mentioned it for the first time or said a word about it on Facebook and trust me.. my facebook is littered with AU and Tahd posts.

Knoxville continues to shame the great state of Tennessee:

Quote:
On March 19th, 2014 sorority and fraternity life staff received a call from a gentleman advising that his nephew was going through process to be a member of Alpha Phi Alpha and that he was concerned about changes in the nephew's personality.

A folder containing historical facts, a hand written letter, and pair of men's underwear was delivered to the Dean of Student's Office. The letter advised that an element of the hazing involved pouring hot sauce on the young men's genitals and that the underwear was hot sauce stained.

Investigation into the allegations by the university staff members resulted admissions by students that underwent the hazing. The students advised that the hazing included screaming for failing to answer questions correctly, paddling, and hot sauce being poured on genitals. The investigation further revealed that the hazing led to requirement of medical attention as a result of the hazing."
