Syracuse WR Taj Harris, who entered the transfer portal and committed to Kentucky, has reopened his recruitment not even a month later.

There were rumblings that he wasn't going to be academically eligible to play, so there's that.

But, I would prefer raising the Bowl eligibility to 8 wins. I rather see Bowl games with teams that are at least 8-4, not 6-6.
I understand this point of view but I enjoy random cross conference matchups and I think it's especially helpful for G5 schols, local economies, etc. I think the bowls are fun. I don't have to remember bowl results from 10 years ago to enjoy them as they are taking place. More football = good to me.

Then again I just spent $260 on tickets for the family to see a sub standard Auburn team play Houston in the Birmingham bowl.

Re: College Football Off Topic

So Vince Tyra retained (not really sure there was any doubt) Satterfield as head coach at Louisville, causing an uproar by the fans.

Now we're learning that its likely he's going to take the Florida State AD job.

The local airwaves are quite entertaining this morning with the fans voicing their conspiracy theories and how Tyra purposely kept Satterfield so that Florida State and Kentucky (Tyra went to UK for baseball) would benefit from easy guaranteed wins on their schedule.

Me...I'm just hoping a miracle happens and we bring Tom Jurich back. Hell, he still has a suite for UofL football games, as part of his severance package.

Interesting time for Clemson now. Dabo has a lot of things to fix and now he is losing coaches.
