Why do the numbers not add up? For instance, with the Yankees I can only find 4 more guys I need but that would put me at 35 of 38. Are there some guys that just aren't on the market yet? It doesn't make sense. Even if you include the legend in the count then its 36 out of 38.

Nevermind...figured it out. There are new players being added.
