do you need a flash player to use teambuilder because i went to the website through the PS3 browser an it said i needed flash player

You probably won't be able go to team builder on the ps3 because Sony doesn't have the latest flash player for the browser.

can you DLed a new flash player on the PS3? Or does PSN have to do it across the board?

I don't think you can d/l one. With that being said, I got that message on cracked.com but after about 30 seconds the videos came up. Did you try waiting to see if it would come up and that message would go away?
