I took 1 star Washington State and made them a 5 star team in just 5 seasons yet when my contract ran out and I chose to see what was out there I was passed over by every major program for coordinators with no experience. The best offer i got was at 1 star Oregon State. Anyone else have this problem?

I'm betting the problem is too many other A+ prestige coaches, it makes it harder to get a job when you are competing against 40+ other A+ coaches.
