Running back Rotation

I am doing a dynasty and I have recruited a good stable of running backs, but the lower strings don't get any carries. So is what is a good auto sub rating to get a solid rotation without having to change depth chart or formation subs?

Formation subs is the way to go.

Not gonna happen. Aside from injuries, my 3rd string never gets in by simple substitutions. You have to do formation subs.

I believe there's an issue with stamina in the game.

I've changed my auto-subs to I beieve 90/95 and there is still not a good rotation. My starter will still get upwards of 35 carries a game.

You have to lower stamina down for RB's between 60-75 overall.

Then set your auto subs accordingly.

I get to see about 3 RB's get carries over the course of a game if they are all below 75.

The default rosters very rarely have anyone below 90 or 80 stamina.

There aren't many teams with 2 healthy RBs that throw their 3rd-stringer out except in garbage time. Just manually change your depth chart in-game.

I'd use formation subs, determine how often you use certain formations, and try to get an equal balance for each back. For example, I like having a certain guy do I-form (power back), a balanced back do ace, and a speed back do shotgun. Otherwise, you can rotate two backs using the Spell HB package, although if you have a formation sub set, it won't let you use the spell HB.

Formation subs is the way to go. Give your number one guy the most formations, and then let the number two guy have a few, and then a couple for the number three guy.
