Cheap /Lower League Gems In MM

I usually like to do a lower level team that doesn't have a ridiculous amount of budget like Real,Man City, Man Utd etc so you can't just buy anyone and actually have to make good choices and get the most for your budget.

I haven't found any cheap gems for lower leagues that you had in the past like Yesil, Browning, Angelino (for a bit), Loza, Bamba that turned out to be decent investments and grew more than 5 points OVR.

Please post any you have found any cheap gems this year as it's always so much tougher to get decent price when you have like 900k-2.0m budget .

I know I can go to sofifa or ultrafifa and get potentials of top players but I need cheap transfer price and wage as an example I'm using Chesterfield can only afford about 1-2 players around 500k max and gotta be 5k or under wages.. Not just buying the best youngsters need ones I can afford. Been going thru MM hardly found any cheap ones like last year had Yesil, Loza, Bamba real cheap prices and wages but were solid growth players. Browning you could get from Everton I think for free. Plus after enquiring for months gets tiring ..

Thx I think that's what I'm looking for are the players on first list cheap transfer price / wages ? If so that's perfect .

Ya, a lot of the ones you find in the high 50's and low to mid 60's on that list will be cheap to buy, as they are just backup youth players on their current teams. If you wait after the first season however, they will be much more as they grow fast, and then the cpu teams want much more for them.
