Champions League (equivalent) in Year One of MM?

i just thought of this last night and wanted to know if anyone has heard... will there be a champions league for year one of manager mode? they should use the actual results and fixtures from this year... but do we know if they have it? or if the European Cup competition is even in the game?

Let's hope so, for all Euro competitions too, not just the CL.

That sucks and honestly is pretty stupid if you're starting out with a top club.

Not a fan of it either. It always plays into my decision of what club to use, as silly as it may be. I usually do an Arsenal MM, but the first season is always a let down for me with no European competition.

Oh well, looks like taking a lower league club may be the more enjoyable route this year anyways, assuming the new MM structure & features work well.

PS - Still stinging from that loss the other night?
