No the commentary team in the video is from FIFA World Cup South Africa.

I forget where I read it, but somewhere it said that with the two English commentary teams (as far as Manager Mode is concerned), one would handle the league matches and one would handle the cup matches.

If it hold true, that's a neat little addition.

I read somewhere where you can make either commentary team the default commentators as well.

Right, if I wanted to make Spanish my default, for example, that would be an option too.

I hope they throw in more languages or at least make them available to download. I loved playing Bundesliga matches in FIFA 10 with German commentary.
