Create a Player/Team?

Something I always loved for the NBA 2K series is create a player because it lets me create my own league, kind of. It's fun to express how creative you are. So, I tried the NHL 15 demo and I was having fun with it.

Does NHL 15 on Xbox One and PS4 have Create a Team? Does it also have Create a Player? If it does, how many team slots and how many player slots are there?

Wasn't there even talk about Gameface being in this at one point? I could have sworn that there was mention of it earlier in the year.
