2. I only give out 4 general dunk ratings: Check this out from Last Year. Same concept applies this year.
Just to follow up on this. I usually give players one of about 4 dunk ratings:
65 - Serves as the "61" up there but takes into consideration that people's rating decrease during franchise mode. So this way if they DROP below the minimum; they will still be able to dunk. I give this to PG's that dunk but don't DUNK. I give Nate Robinson this because he doesn't DUNK on people. Rondo, Nate, Deron Williams, Ray Felton.
* But for some reason I still see windmills from people on this rating. Rashard, Emeka. It really bothers me that I can't get rid of the flashy dunks, especially in traffic.
76 - Same concept here. I put them here to allow them to catch oops. I know 73 is the minimum to allow a person to catch an oop. But with a 76 they won't drop when in franchise mode. I give this to flying PG's. Lou Williams, Monta, Dooling.
84 - I give this to the flyers that aren't the ELITE flyers. Kobe, TMAC, Tony Allen, Mario West just to name a few.
90+ - I just basically rank the elite dunkers with 90-99 (Haven't decided who I will give a 99 if I will give anyone a 99 since it really doesn't matter)
3. Dunk packages; I put EVERYONE on generic (cept for goofy big men and I put them @ Duncun). Even with this; all of those players that have Signature dunks STILL do their signature dunks.
I will answer any questions people have about this.
Also I don't believe in editing the dunk attribute slider because doing that throws off the system and then I have to do MORE work to find the minimums and cut off points for each slider adjustment. Really not worth it.

I know who this is man. I do recognize the screename
