WR having trouble catching passes in connected player franchise

This is my first madden I have bought in along time since madden 10 but I do rent them. In my connected offline player franchise I chose to be a QB but I have noticed that no matter how well the ball is thrown at least over 50% of my passes are dropped even if its a good WR with great hands and there wide open.


I noticed this too on my regular connected franchise as well if my settings are pro or higher. I am on pro right now for my first season and going to go all-pro after the season and keep going higher the longer I play but was wondering if there was a way to offset the WR catching without it being to cheating or what ever.


I don't mind a dropped pass every once in a while but its stupid for them to drop almost every pass I throw to them. Its one thing if its a bad pass into covrage and a player deflects it or gets a INT but its mostly because my WR drop them.

WR catch 55. I have mine at 59, but also have a few other sliders tweaked, so I just make this as a quick suggestion for u. 50 is not realistic, IMO. I had to up this and ultimately feel I like what I see at 59, and yes, I do see drops, but they're normally legit and I still see a few butterfingers drops per game which is realistic, as some players do drop balls in games even if the pass is on target. But, start at 55 and see how it plays. Up it more if u need to.
