Re: Autosave

You can't turn Auto save off that I know of, Let’s say you have a franchise called NFL16.. As soon as you make a move of any-kind it is automatically saved to NFL16 Auto-save. BUT you're original NFL16 file has not changed. So if you aren't pleased with what happened, go to Franchise, load, and re-load NFL16 franchise file. You will be right back to where you started originally. Once you make a move it will automatically over write your auto-save file again.

Always have a back up file. Save your NFL16 file to NEW and type in NFL16BU.. Then save to that file. Once you start your franchise and make moves that you are happy with or advance one week.. Then save your nfl16 auto-save file to your BU file and over write it. Hope this helps.

Re: Autosave

You cannot turn auto-save off for Online Franchise as it backs up server side.

Offline CFM works differently this year compared to M16 as it precalculates the scores, injuries and stats as you advance into the week. So if you create a manual save in 1 week, advance and don't like the injuries, you have to use the sim'a'win feature to try and change the outcome. Because of this, offline CFM saves a little bit like online CFM this year.

Create 2 manual save files, a normal file and a backup that goes back a week or 2 if you want control.
