Sticks
I think I know what it means to play the sticks in coverage hot routes. But I'm not sure. Does it work just in zone or man or both? Explain please. Thx

It means play to not give up the first down, basically bend but don't break.

It works for me. I like to use it on third down. I'll sent 6 in pressure and man to man and call pass guess and play sticks. I get a lot of stops on 3rd down like that

No, it is a coverage adjustment you do from the LOS prior to the snap.
