The STR rating is a combination of the 1RM in Bench and Squat. These are individually weighted and combined to create a STR rating. The average NFL player benches 276 and squats 443. The highest 1RM in the bench currently is 563. The highest squat currently is 770. The average STR for an NFL player, utilizing the entire scale is 43. Having a player with an elite squat AND bench is rare. In fact, no player is a 90 or above in both bench and squat. The highest combination belongs to Olin Kreutz, who can squat 700 and bench 545. You would be surprised how many NFL players are actually not freaks when it comes to overall strength.

I was skeptical at first but i gotta admit these are making the game feel alot more realistic.

I like the fact that players get rating lower dont know if im sold on the strength setting as id rather see EVERYONE at 100 due to animations triggers as i feel that the strength meter is actually reversed
