My Madden keeps getting the "Disk Unreadable" message?

So I just cleared the chache. Still have the problem. My friend just recently came over with his Madeen 09 which he has had no problems with and it too got a "unreadable disk error". im so confused right now seeing that Madden is the only game I have with this problem....

It's a 360 error and it's not your disk. My first 360 experienced the unreadable disk errors. Games would be perfectly clean - and in the middle of gaming sessions, I'd hear the DVD drive on the 360 grind to a halt or make some other problem due to it's cheap manufacturing.

I actually proactively turned that 360 in before the release of Madden 08. I didn't want any crazy errors ruining last year's game. Funny - the fresh refurbished 360 they sent me lasted about a year as well before it started to die.

I'm now on my third 360 in as many years. After the second failure, I had enough and scored myself a PS3. Never had a problem and I really haven't looked back since.

Well, I cleared my Cashe and I'm still getting "Disc Unreadable" error too?!?!? What the hell? You spend $90 (I got CE) and it would be nice if the game would work? Makes me furious!!!!

I'm like you...makes no sense. Other EA games work fine (Battlefield, NCAA, etc.)? So if it isn't my 360 and it isn't those games, it must be Madden?

Sounds like other people are having the problem...wonder if EA will have some sort of limited recall?

I would like to start a thread to see how many are experiencing this "Unreadable Disc" error, just to allow posts to gauge how widespread it is...but, I fear the thread would get buried, missed, or forgotten, in a matter of minutes...

i've been seeing this message as well(360 version) i sent ian a PM about it per his request in the bugs thread he posted but i have not gotten a response.
is anyone with the ps3 version experiencing this???
