List of ratings and coach bonuses

Ok so I make a list of rating abreviations/meanings so if your new to the game you can understand what your doing while hiring coaches or maybe even creating a player I found some online that have 2 abbreviations these are denoted with an *

also some of these maybe from older maddens but I decided to leave them in incase somepeople still play them this is just a list to help players figure out what some ratings are some are pretty obvious but even I didnt know a few and I figured I might as well share my list feel free to correct any if they are wrong.

Also this may have been done before but I couldnt find one so here ya go

What exactly does Importance do?

importance is the importance to that club of that player compared to all others on that roster. classic way i use that in madden 08 on pc is trying to trade a player to a specific club however their roster is full. select the player that has the lowest importance, usually has one of the lowest ovrs and their team has redundancy at that position

so for example P Manning would be 99 or close to it, a 3rd Centre may have an importance of sub 60

I understand what it does for players but when its a coach bonus I dont know whether it means the coaches importance or it give all your players an imp boost

I thought IMP was impact blocking...
