How To Fix Salary Cap Glitch in CCM

Yes, but you can only pick up the guys you lost if they have not been signed by the other teams.

right im having teams with this issue post in our forums list of players and positions so others dont sign them . and gonna skip fa bidding this offseason and just let guys sign some fas after these teams get their guys back outta fa in week 1 preseason. thanks for the info! just wanted to make sure they didnt need to drop anyone else or anything.

Taking away the ability to resign a player, no matter how many years he had left in his contract messed up the cap to imo. There's no restructuring contracts to try and re-sign another player. Thats why I just turn it off now, it does nothing but hinder the game, and as long as you don't go bat **** crazy in F/A, what's it really gunna do?

Has anybody tried turning the salary cap off, resign who u plan on, then turn it back on before the season ends to try and fix it? Or after free agency is over? You would just have to contain yourself in FA bidding.

Once u turn the cap off then it is off for good no going back....

Ahh..... I didn't know. Never played with it off. My next question is then, has anybody played deep in a CCM yet to see if it will keep happening. I know that u have to give up FAs for a season, but does it ever happen again? Hope not....
