Relocation Question

Does anyone know if there is way to only have owned teams relocate? I like the idea of relocating, but don't want to see a bunch of teams move, especially ones that don't make sense (Oakland to Houston Oilers for example). If I disable it, no team can move. I know normal is what was on when Oakland moved, what does everyone do? Is that for all teams who normally can't move like Dallas (their stadium is too good) or every owner but no CPU teams?

Hopefully someone will be able to help you. I can't because I haven't even cracked the game open yet but I came here to ask a related question and I was going to use the same thread title. Instead I'll ask here.

Can you set the relocation process in motion before you play the first season? I hope so because otherwise you'd have to play or sim two full seasons before the changes take effect.

The best thing to do imo is to set it to off when you start up then in week 1 of preseason switch to everyone make the moves you want then go back in and disable it

Unfortunately, I can't get Moylan's suggestion to work. I am owner for Vikings. I initially set relocate as disabled, then on week 1, I enable it as "everyone can relocate", save and exit the franchise, reload it, but the relocate button is still disabled.

Does anyone know of other surefire ways to prevent other teams except your own from relocating?
