just so you know. last year the rating a team had to start with was not the actual rating that team deserved based on it's players ratings.

use this to test it. use the default roster on basically any team and release a player (any player) and then sign them back. check the rating of the team before you release him and then after you re-sign him. after you re-sign him the rating will be recalculated and will actually reflect the rating of the team based on it's players not an arbitrary one that they feel the team deserves.

if you did all the edits correctly and they haven't changed the formula then yes. Basically they always made the Team Ratings of the really good teams higher then they really are and the bad teams lower. Every team was in the 80's I beleive
