Possible "New" open field blocking..

I was just reading Jeremy Strausers twitter and he posted a tweet last night saying this...

"Returned a punt in a game of Madden 11 today with DeSean Jackson - new open field blocking was sweet to spring it, he is deadly on PR"

I dont know if this piggy backs off the recent OL blocking assignments we just got, but this seems like a completely different aspect of blocking. Maybe now they will finally block the gunners like they are supposed to on punt return...

Sounds promising. But to early to say. Once E3 gets here next month we will get our questions answered about alot of changes made about madden 11 and ncaa 11. I just wondering with BB coming out in a few weeks. This is making EA change directions on the way they do their games this year and beyond.

The tweet said "new" open field blocking,that wouldnt pertain to old games.

Also I just read the NCAA 11 QB blog,gotta believe this stuff is probably in Madden 11 too.Nice fixes talked about for QB pass animations and the defense.

I know I shouldnt be drinking the EA hype kool-aid but if franchise and presentation blogs are good as these others,consider me JJ Evans.
