i dont see a man or zone coverage rating.

if by PR you mean PRC then i dont think so. i believe PRC is play recognition unless im mistaken. Im sure man and zone are still in, just not released for some reason.

weird they would leave that out because they left all the catch ratings in for WR's and TE's.

the ZCV rating for safties is the key rating IMO as well as the MCV for corners.

I may be incorrect, but i dont believe those ratings really do anything. Might be a few others as well...Maybe they finally got rid of them...Who knows?

They definitely do things. Try taking a bunch of 99 speed corners with 20 man coverage and running man all game, You'll get torn up.

Yeah the saying that only the speed rating matters is untrue...there are many ratings that matter. Try throwing on Darrelle Revis and you wont be able to on All-Pro without a great WR/QB combo (I can get a few passes in with Manning to Wayne, but got shut down with Brady and Moss. And Russell to Heyward-Bey resulted in 0 for 10). Ratings matter for line backers, secondary, WRs, HB, and QBs. My only problem with the rating is with linemen. It doesn't seem to make a difference whether you have a good O-Line or not, and whether you have Jared Allen or a crappy LE. In fact, the Vikings opposite end seems to have more success in Madden 10. I hope that changes for Madden 11.
