Speed of the Ball

Does anyone else notice that the ball travels at like the speed of light on short bullet passes? Can anyone confirm if the new passing system has fixed this?

Re: Speed of the Ball

Come on now, you would not see it if it was the speed of light (:

Re: Speed of the Ball

They said that different ball speeds were a part of the new trajectories and whatnot. What I wonder is if the trajectories allow the ball to take a realistic flight path to where the passer is throwing it. In M12 often on replay, the ball will take an unrealistic flight path just so it can end up in the receivers hands. I am concerned due to that the ball and receiver still seem tethered when "looking" in the NCAA 13 demo, this will still occur.

IF it were possible, my major request for M14, right up there with OL/DL interaction, player movement, AI upgrades and penalties, is that the passing system be about aiming the ball at a target on the field with the ball completely untethered independent of that target.

Manual passing, FIFA-style? That would be sick!

Re: Speed of the Ball

Would improved ball physics in general fix the problem?
