How come I cannot find these slider settings

I cannot find the following for either Player or CPU? Am I missing something?

Foul Tip %
Base runner Speed

You will find them in the in-game slider menu. They screwed up this year, they do not show up in all the menus. Some do not work either unfortunately.

This is the ps3 version by the way.
