Hit a home run 1-9

13 HR's just for my team. Even Peavy hit one. At Nationals Park with the wind blowing out at 20MPH. Here's a screen shot. Even Bryce Harper came off the bench and drilled one. Was unbelievable. I will relate it to the wind because National Park is a pitchers park and seems like all my batters had to do was get the ball in the air and they'd ride out. A few were just hangers that I was all over but for the most part it had to be the wind.

Re: Hit a home run 1-9

pretty funny, I actually hit about 9 or 10 of them earlier today with the Nationals against the Mets in Washington.

Zimms had 3, Larouche had 2, Ankiel had 1 and missed a cycle by only a single, Morgan, Werth, and i think two others but cant remember.

I didn't check the wind speed.

Yeah I'm a nut when it comes to fantasy drafts and then do some trading when draft is over. I go after a lot of A prospects in the mid rounds so I have plenty to trade for good players and then plenty left in my farm system.

Re: Hit a home run 1-9

That's a little scary. I've noticed the game seems a bit homer-happy.

Re: Hit a home run 1-9

I hit my first pitcher HR at that stadium in 09. Must be something about it.

I payed one game where Jose Reyes hit a HR off my first pitch with a 25 wind speed i think it was at Citi Field. It would've been a foul ball easily without the wind but the wind was that strong you just see it curve all the way back fair. he was way early on the pitch too, lucky it was only exhibition.

I've never hit a HR with everyone. Doubt i ever will. Did get Back-Back-Back HR's once with the Red Sox at Fenway.

Maybe it is just the park. In real life, Mark Worrell hit a homerun on his first at bat there. He's a reliever.
