Minor League Systems

Man I'd love to see this expansion on leagues and rosters.

I would love to see:

Add single A.

A separate way of adding international players. Currently they're drafted which isn't correct, they're signed internationally, not drafted. Mlb turned down talks and it won't even be negotiated again until 2017.

More emphasis on international prospects, especially Dominicans.

Speaking of Dominicans, add a Dominican winter league to the schedule. The Dominican prospects play a large role of major league baseball.

Allow the user to select the players who will perform in the all star games at the mlb level and the futures game.

I definitely want to see a playable A team. I might be in the minority, but I would love to see the entire minor league system incorporated, all the way down to RK ball. I'd love to see the Arizona fall league be playable as well.

But, to be honest, it would probably become a mess to handle and I'm not sure enough people actually play those games. And it would probably be a huge headache for them to incorporate that much.

I might not play a rookie league game but I'd sure like to have'em simmed
so I can develop players the right way & not rush'em thru to single A.
Also this will help keep other older players around longer & not retire'em so early.

MVP Baseball 05 added single A teams it's last year. Not sure if that's what you were referring to.

Never played the show, as I've been on 360 and stuck with 2K.

I'll be one of those who "got my ps4 for THIS game".

My question is, do the MiLB teams use randomly generated names for their players like 2K does/did?

Nope, because we have awesome guys that do the OSFM, or Operation Sports Full Minors. That roster (along with the graphics and whatnot) make The Show one of the most realistic sports games I've ever played. I was going down the list of Top 100 prospects for 2014, and sure enough all of them are in the OSFM.
