These menus are so damn horrible I can't figure out how to delete the myplayer I just made. I didn't even finish creating him correctly because I didn't see an option to write my own name, skin color, set shooting, ect.

Hover over MyCAREER on the main menu and press Triangle, that will give you an option to delete saves and create new ones.
