So I'm playing MyCareer...

..the ball goes out of bounds, little cutscene showing some stats comes up, and when the game comes back on I have no control of my player.

I'm sitting here watching my player play himself, I have no control at all. I can still press A to skip the stats and timeouts and stuff, I can actually still call a timeout too but other than that nothing....

Even weirder, I had to shoot my free throws myself...and after I hit it, it went back to me not being able to control myself again.

Happened to me a number of times in 2k12. Hasn't happened since, probably just have to wait until the game finishes or reset your device.

I didn't have an option to save and quit, just sim till end.

Also, I finally got subbed out for most of the 4th and once I got back into the game I had full-control again.

It's happened a few times this year, usually it corrects itself faster but this time I was watching for about 15 minutes it was just annoying.

The worst animation (now that the crab has gone), is that skipping down the court in slow motion before going off to the side that can walk you in to turnovers without having any control over your guy.


I have no idea how they can have tested the game, and nodded at each other approvingly for putting that in the game this year.

Yea since the patch where apparently it's easier to walk up the ball, I'll be stuck doing that and I'll try and do a cross or behind the back dribble and it delays it until like 2 seconds later...there's a lot of little problems each patch brought and this last one really ruined it imo.
