Can you have 2 different MyCareers with different faces?

I want to make a second MyCareer player with a different name and different facial appearance, is this possible to do?

I made a second MyCareer player but he still has the same face and name as my first MyCareer player, is there a way to change the second players appearance without ruining the first? Or am I just going to have to use a separate PSN account in order to change his appearance by making a new profile?

NBA 2K is the only sports game on the planet that requires this.

Madden lets you make more than one.

MLB The Show lets you make more than one.

EA NHL lets you make more than one.

Why did 2K stop this? It makes NO SENSE.
