NBA 2K9 PAL version...out now

Just got this from JB Hi Fi.

I picked up LIVE a few hours ago also...from EB.

Pretty cool day...both games out early. Makes a nice change from the old days of not even having a confirmation of release until Jan...LOL...

what the... I live pretty close to a JB Hi-fi store and I can drive 5 mins to EB games.. too bad it's PAL .. I didnt want to get PAL for my PS3 since I got a bad feeling they wont be patching us again this year. You live in Oz right? Since I saw a few boxes of 2k shipping here in town a few days ago. They're prolly selling it now too.

Man, I actually want to check out JB right now, but my game has already been shipped and I cant be stuffed walking with this hard rain

I am looking at the box and it's got "2" on the back...i.e. region 2 / Europe (same as Aus...but Aus should say 4)

So...it's definitely available for you Europeans also

I am in Sydney.

It seems like they're taking the PAL version seriously this season...i.e released early / on time.

I am guessing they'll support the product better also as a result, i.e. patches.

JB have it...i am presuming some EB's probably do already by this afternoon also / will have tomorrow. Maybe buy it off them and return it when your NTSC version arrives?

im in NZ aswell, and i defnitly saw a shipment with 2k label in it here in Hamilton. If I hadnt ordered it online, I'll be on my way to that store in a heartbeat.

I was thinking of the same thing aswell Lol. Since I can return it within 1 week. I dunno wut Im gonna do, I'm dying to play the game right now since its still holidays here.

I've got no idea if NZ will get it?

I can't see any reason they wouldn't get it at the same time though...do you get other games at the same time?
