phazed out Rookie OVR: 2 Join Date: Aug 2008	how do u gain develpomental points? im using the grizz in association and i swear mayo, gay and conley all go up after a 3 game winning streak but once we lose again they go back down. Im just curious not only develepmental drills but how you can progress a players rating and have it not fluctuate, cause gay, mayo and conley all seem happy?
