Sim is a choice....some people are just going to cheese. Its who they are.

The problem I had playing online in 2k10 was 85% of the time everybody doing the same lame cheese tactics, being rewarded for impatient nonsense, and the control was terrible on top of that.

From my time with the demo, maybe this year will be a little different online in 2k11. I played 2 ranked games online in 2k10 today for the heck of it and both players quit in the 2nd quarter. I noticed that there is less momentum in 2k10, players sliding all over the court. Both of my opponents were trying to steal consantly, and moving my offensive player all over the court. The spacing in 2k10 ranked games is a horrible mess with poor collision detection and lead passes that go through players bodies. My opponents had no creativity and relied on some of the more poor aspects of the game to get points. 2k11 may fix some issues but they cant change a cheeser who is spasticlly jumping, stealing, and charging.

Only problem is the hopstep/spin dunk..did a behind the back hopstep dunk in traffic..lol Mike said there will be a fix though.

There will always be something people find to abuse, but as long as its not 80% of ranked online games it will be tolerable. I just hate the idea that the only way to beat cheesers is to cheese right back, because I have always liked to run plays and play the right way. I have always felt that I would rather lose and play sim than win cheesing.
