Fast Break Question

Is there a way to get my teammates to stop running towards the 3 point line on a fast break? It doesn't make any sense, especially when some of these guys aren't even 3 point shooters.

Seriously! me and my girl have a association going with the magic and whenever we go on fastbreak everyone stops at the 3pt line,what makes it worse is they step back even further when u pass it to them even when they are already WIDE OPEN!!!

Just use direct pass and lead them to the basket.

usually for me the closer i run with them on my way to the basket the more likely they start to cut towards the basket themselves....

another tip...teammates are more likely to shoot and make those 3's since they're in motion rather than if you had dished it to them while they're already spotting up

Another thing I noticed about fastbreaks is that if a CPU player is down or staying behind, all of my teammates won't run. One will always jog until the CPU player catches up. Anyway to stop this?

Uh I hate that sooo much. Richard Jefferson a good if not great dunker is obsessed with threes. I want to oop it to him at the rim but it seems to me that everytime we're on the break he's predetermined that he will take the corner three. I've played 27 games or so for the spurs and i have not seen Richard Jefferson make one 3. No exaggeration

Gonna quote myself on this one. If you use direct pass, you can pass the ball from your own free throw line and hit your teammates cutting to the hoop pretty easy if they're open.
