This is obviously a new option to creating a player. Anyone know what it does or what it means?

I believe it is the type of plays he will be assigned from whatever team he lands on. So if he's a cutter, he will be given the team's "Cutter" plays.

That's completely off the top and I could be totally wrong. Someone else may want to verify.
