Is it about time our A.I teammates started acting intelligent?

Just finished a series in MP against the Heat where we lost 4 1. And wow this just opened my eyes to how stupid our team mate A.I really is, and how superior they opposition A.I was. Its like 2 different codes were written for each really. That was one of the most frustrating hours of gaming i have experienced. In most cases its not like the heat were the better team or anything, my team A.I beat us, and the cheating A.I helped. Let me break it down

CPU (apposing team A.i)
- Always makes open shots (its the NBA but comon, not missing 1 open shot?...no really think about it for 5 games how crazy that is!)
- 3's
- There is absolutely little to no "bad pass" bobbling were almost everything is bobbled on your team

User A.I teamates
- Passes up wide open shots
- Misses ALOT of open shots
- Defense (I swear this had me boiling. No matter how many shots the team makes. You would always see your team contesting shots in slow motion and they would never close out on jumpers. They would start to close out but stop with like 2 feat to spare. And the funny part if the opposition throws pump fake there in the air withing milli seconds?
- They don't know what to do with the ball
- Leaving their assignments
- Just looking at shots in the paint

and much more. Please 2K, correct this in 2K13. stop letting the cpu cheese. And im sure they're aware of all of this. if not were in trouble

i really dont have a prob wih my teammate when i play MP, i get that the players team AI isnt up to par with the cpu i dont agree with it but there a reason. the only thing i can help you with is to get them to shoot(your teammate)use the MP cam or player lock if you press the shoot button your teammate will shoot but it only works on that cam

Works with every cam. If you notice that some of your teammates will pass some wide open shots just push the shotstick up after you passed him the ball if he's open he will shot the ball.

But yeah your teammate's AI in myplayer mode is pretty ****ed up. It's been the same in 2K11 where i had jus gave up on the mode. This mode is the more flawed of the game yet a lot of people only play that.
