Anyone lose Golden State and Sacramento during the roster update?

My dad was talking about the game and how when he did a recent update, he saw that the Golden State and Sacramento teams were no longer in the game. He tried using the code that came with the game, but it couldn't be used. Anyone else experience this? If so, what did you do?

That actually happened to me months ago, I sent an email to 2ksports as it requested on screen. Then I sent another email about a month later...still no response. Still no teams.

Thanks for the reply. I was going to try that or even mentioning them on Twitter, but their customer service blows. Just going to have to chalk this one up as a loss.

Hell, happened to me every time I turned off my console. Made sure to save my roster every time ,but didn't work. I finally gave up and don't even know if my code still works. Sucks because I really liked using Chris Webber.
