Franchise with Imported Team- Trades Not Working

I tried a couple searches but couldn't find what I was looking for.

I started a franchise with the Supersonics (unlocking them, then changing their roster, exporting the team, and started a new franchise) that's been working fine. There's been some minor glitches (past stats don't show up for players) but nothing that's effected the game until now.

I'm going to make trades and when trades are accepted, nothing happens. If it's rejected, I get the standard "rejected message" but if I accept a computer offer, it just goes right back to the trade screen as if I had backed out. The trade never fully goes through.

Any ideas on this? Anyone know if it goes away after year one at least or if it'll be this way the entire franchise? Debating whether I want to start over or not and just take the Hornets instead of making them the Sonics.

Make sure you export the team in season mode and switch the players AFTER you export the team, then save as a separate roster. Then strt your association.

That was my mistake. I had edited the roster within franchise mode, then exported. Using season mode and editing the roster, I re-started my franchise and now everything works perfect. Thanks so much.

Hey, no problem man. I had the same problem. I know how frustrating it was, trust me.
