Is it better to he a sg or sf in my player mode? Also, due to the inability to drive consistently, is it best to be a 3pt specialist for either position or to be athletic or scorer or slasher?

Anyone Some feedback? Just struggling trying to go about creating a ad or sh. I plan to rely upon the minud nge jumpshot it and the three pointer

Doesn't really matter, it's personal preference, SF's are more strength, less quickness, handles, perimeter defense; SG's have better shooting, perimeter defense/offense, quickness, less strength, rebounding, post D. Pick what fits your game.
