Should Russell Westbrook be slightly nerfed?

Probably the hardest player to stop online, Dude makes every contact layup and still dunks like Wilkins in traffic .

IRL his shot is improving but those dunks have decreased due to injury

My biggest beef is that he makes every layup no matter who is contesting , even lebron has missed layups but this guy is unstoppable.

It has less to do with him and more to do with the game itself. Players like John Wall and Westbrook will hit unbelievable shots and draw questionable fouls consistently. It might have something to do with tendencies but I'm not sure. It is frustrating to deal with but I've noticed it's only bad when the player is at 80-100 energy. John Wall is the worst though, having finisher and acrobat.
