New All-Time Roster with All-Decade and All-Conference Teams

Been awhile since I've had a new roster but I've been working on an updated all time roster leveraging work from Playmakers and hurtstown that is nearly complete. I saw some people were having issues with the latest roster hurtstown posted due to duplicate player IDs and team ID issues in the raw data, I cleaned that up so it shouldn't be an issue when you are loading into DB editor or playing games.

I loved hurtstown's idea to combine some smaller schools into regional all time teams so there aren't a bunch of unusable teams in the roster. I took it a step further and used other small schools as all time rosters for all decade teams and all time all conference teams. I used my ratings method (up to the 127 scale for all time greats). Ratings for players that appear in my other rosters are generally the same in this all time roster. I tried to have some variation in the all time teams. For example I tried not to just put all ND players on the all time Independent team, so there are guys on there that played while their team was an independent, even though that team is in a conference today.

I'll update this post when the roster is uploaded, should be by the end of next weekend. Attached is my excel tracker I've have been using if you want a preview of the teams. Highlights are the remaining names to create. Have fun, feel free to use it for any projects and edit how you see fit. If you ever need ideas for New Rosters, I would love a 90s Roster with the Best Teams from 90-99. It was my Favorite Era of Football. Just an idea, but I am sure you are tired of making Rosters.

Definitely would be a good one and i got a decent start on that from this roster but this was probably my last act. I think my wife will divorce me if she sees me break out my roster editing laptop! Would be fun to have more of the 90s Nebraska, FSU amd UF teams. 92 Bama would be fun too.
