Creating a new coach for the same user controlled team?

Hey guys I tried to do a search on the forums but I couldn't find the answer for my question. So in my Hawaii dynasty I've been tinkering with the idea of a storyline where my current head coach (Kevin Gilbride) will retire, as he is now near 70 years old in the year 2021. But what is the best method of doing this in game? Is there a way to create a new coach for my team so that his skill tree will be blank? The only method I could think of is accepting a new job with Gilbride, then creating a new coach and having him sign with Hawaii. If I wait long enough will he retire on his own? Thanks for any replies!

There's a button (RB or LB, i believe on the 360) to make a coach CPU controlled in the screen where you can view all the coaches, but you will have to have a user controlling another team, if you don't already. I typically have control of 2-3 teams in my dynasty.
Here's the steps to accomplish what you want to do:
-Create a new coach to replace any other coach or coordinator. I look for someone that might have been CPU generated at a small school.
-Go to your current coach that you want to "retire"
-Switch him to CPU controlled
-Create your new replacement coach, and assign him to your team
-Go back to your created fake coach and switch him to CPU controlled

Now you should have one user controlled team with a blank skill tree.
