Restricted FA issue?

Hey guys first time poster and wanted to thank everyone for making a great game and for their help on the injury bug and re-sign player issue!!

I just finished my third season and should have some restricted free agents (identified on the FA preview) but i didnt get a chance to tender any of them, since nothing came up but still saw the help notification at the beginning of the period, and saw the scroll bar update on other teams. I purposly didnt sign them during the season to get one more "cheaper" yr out of them. When the FA period starts they pop up as a normal unrestricted FA. Has anyone else had this problem, or am i doing something wrong?? Thanks again!

Is anyone else having this issue, or have any idea why i didnt get a chance to tender my players??

Iam also having the same issue in my game none are coming up on the clipboard. Maybe a developer or someone can help.
