Oh I definately believe a new officially licensed NCAA game with be first, BUT, I don't think it will come from EA. With all the money and hassle that has been given out, I have a feeling that they wouldn't touch any attempt at a college game with a ten foot pole. With the head coach series, they could very well take the current connected careers, make it coach only, add some nice old time feels for continuity, add fun minigame like coaching decisions like the FA bidding, etc... slap on a $20 price tag for it and boom. New installment in the series.
