I gotta go with Dwight. He's a monster on the boards and gives you plenty of blocks. One thing that i've noticed is that he's now starting to show some flashes on the offensive end. Hes having an outstanding february.

CP3 would have been a great choice 2 months ago, but he just had part of his lateral miniscus removed. Not repaired, removed. That's not gonna do much for the long-term value he brings to the table. Link: http://www.nola.com/sports/t-p/index...700.xml&coll=1

From Bill Simmons' trade value column - Intrigued, I asked Will Carroll (the injury expert for Baseball Prospectus and Basketball Prospectus) for his thoughts. Will pointed me toward a piece he wrote about meniscus removal a few years ago. The key section: "One reason teams are so quick to allow this surgery is that the players come back so quickly, usually in a matter of weeks. But … surgeons don't repair the meniscus in most cases; they just take it out, either in part or in whole depending on the size of the tearing. That leaves the athlete with no shock. Eventually, with the remaining meniscus overstressed and aging, they end up with the bones grinding together. Yes, that's as bad as it sounds in a game of running and jumping."

I would pick Durant, but you can't go wrong with Howard, D-Will, Rose, Roy, Wade or Carmelo. There's at least 5-10 amazing young players you could choose from and be alright. I'm sure I'm missing some. Building around Stoudemire wouldn't be a bad thing, either.

Yeah I think it'd be a toss up between Carmelo and Durant for me, with Howard and Wade as my next 2 choices. I think I'd go with Carmelo in the end though.

Durant or Melo...

I'd think about CP3 & D. Will as well. It would just depend that day, if I wanted a PG or not.

I would take Kevin Durant as well. He's the youngest and already a stud.
